How do I open a Europatex account?

What is your return policy?
For proper inspection of goods, we allow our customers 14 days from the receipt of goods to carefully examine and report any defected goods. We will not accept any cut merchandise. There is a 15% restocking fee on goods returned after 14 days. Exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after the initial purchase. No refunds. All claims for any orders will only be accepted for materials only. Claims cannot include labor or additional accessorial costs.
How long does it take for my order to ship out?
Processing times may depend on a range of factors. Please notify our staff of any rush orders and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What freight carriers do you normally ship with?
Shipments weighing less than 200 pounds are typically shipped via UPS, FedEx or DHL. Shipments weighing over 200 pounds are typically shipped via an LTL carrier.
What if my invoice is past due?
If you are experiencing difficulties regarding payments, please contact our staff and we will work out a payment plan with your company. Unpaid accounts without an agreement in place may be sent to collections.
What are your office and showroom hours?

Can my fabrics be treated for fire protection?
Yes, Europatex provides fire retardant finishing services, complete with a certificate of verification.
Are we EDI (Electronic data interchange) complaint?
Yes, Europatex is fully EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) compliant.
